Letter of Gratitude 2020

How do we start addressing a yearly letter of gratitude when so many issues presented itself in everyone’s lives and with the glimpse of an eye, another year has gone by.

I believe everyone has been challenged by each one’s greatest fear. From facing the loss of someone dear, jobs going to the side of bankruptcy and starting from scratch, loosing an apartment, savings, loneliness, frustrations, stress, even spending all this year far away from the loved ones and none of us know till when will everything be or how will it change.

You have power over your mind – not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.
— Marcus Aurelius

So many speculations have been going around it. But in reality having all those questions been triggered in our minds doesn’t do any good to any of us, we also know that we can only depend on ourselves.

For us it doesn’t end here, we have to keep creating, stay with our eyes on the road and learning to finally be united as it is the best outcome we can achieve.

This pandemic has made people become self aware and work on our side of empathy, understand the person next to you but it has also separated us as we need to be more focused on what we are living, dangerously placing us on a self involvement.

By developing the part of being focus & present to what we are dealing with or working on it’s also taking us closer to creating more consciousness. A time for us to be honest with ourselves and the rest, know where we stand, what feelings are we experiencing both in our bodies and minds, Let’s take off our masks and be who we are meant to be. Learning to share our thoughts and what we can give.

Just be present the same way as in your own life in everyone else that you hold dear, as some of them have no one with who to spend this holidays, share their joys and grieves.

Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none.
— William Shakespeare

I don’t think of all the misery but of the beauty that still remains.
— Anne Frank

Happy Holidays & Happy New Year.

Wish you the best.

Let’s not forget that we are still breathing and should be thankful for it. Let’s live for the ones that we have lost & evolve till we free our minds.
