Gratitude During the Pandemic - Covid-19

There is a high level of stress that has been dominating this times and I'm not just talking about the current situation, I'm talking about the last few years. But it is not what should keep us going.

The question is: Are you achieving anything after you feel those stress levels? Even if it has been economically beneficial, though is it the right way to be? What would you change in your life if you had the time and the opportunity to abandon your daily routine? How would you like to contribute in changing the world? How would you improve the relationships you have with your friends, with your family, with your parents & even with our ourselves?.

Is it the example you want to show on others, most of all on your kids, nephews and future generations?

The world lately has been focusing on a direction full of envy, anger, selflessness, arrogance and not on improving ourselves. It has all been triggered with a negative energy that will never lift us anywhere, now we have been given the opportunity and the time to work in our personal life that we have given for granted, be thankful for it and reach out to other people, to thank them for being there, to open up.

The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.
— Mahatma Gandhi

We are used to thinking that we can have control of situations when we can see the things that are coming our way. In this case it triggers a paranoia that causes us to be afraid as this is something we are not used to dealing with. The situation is overwhelming right now but that is not an excuse to keep the same mindset.

Until this moment the way things work have left us no time for ourselves, too grow as a person, to help others & to know yourself. We are used to being accompanied by people at all times, not knowing how too be alone, having a life that's always on a rush, everything has to be done fast and you always have to keep busy. We have been led to give up our daily routines & the quest for our personal gain, as we have to be isolated. Nevertheless this moment has given us times to share with our loved ones, with our families. It raises an opportunity of self analyzing us, our goals, our behaviors, our relationships with others & with ourselves, let's learn what's inside of us and grow as a human being.

When you arise in the morning, think what a precious privilege is to be alive, to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.
— Marcus Aurelius

If we have no distractions and suddenly have time for ourselves and to communicate with each other, let's use it accordingly for our mental health. You can also use your spare time to create a hobby or remember the ones you loved.

Let's be thankful for been given the opportunity to make a change, a better world with everyone else.

I desire so to live that if at the end, I have lost every other friend on earth, I shall at least have one friend left and that friend shall be down inside of me.
— Abraham Lincoln
