Letter of Gratitude 2022

 

To begin with our gratitude from this year, let's start with some questions for us to be aware of the structure & shape that our lives had during this last year.

How many challenges, failures and successes we have to embrace and be thankful that they showed up during this year. What changes have to be implemented to continue the path of where we want to go to.

 
 

Every year presents new challenges and at the end we are always questioning our decisions, even if the path you have chosen to search, commit and even achieve your goals is actually working and if it is the right one.

 

One of the biggest challenges we have to confront during our lifetimes is to develop a mental state & physical state that allow us to have resilience in the face of adversity. At the same time what do we as humans strive to have? Everyone on this earth seeks for belonging, a community, a group of people that also seek for your benefit in been successful and they will keep you accountable.

We should seek for peacefulness in life, running against the obstacles to get the better of us. Get a mindset of solving problems and not running away, learn from it and be honest.

Thank you for everything you have taught me, for everything you showed me & everything we have been able to heal, thank you for placing challenges on my journey and letting me become stronger each day.
